So today I am sharing a project using our take out boxes, which I adore they are just too cute. The best thing is they hold a lot, which is great when you need a larger gift box. I always love using belly-bands on my boxes and projects; they are just so delightful and keep the box from getting destroyed. I'm sure you have noticed I’ve been using the “Greetings thinlits” a lot lately, yeah been a little too excited about them. I just love how many ways you can use them, like last week I used the outline together with the cut out in my card project. Just adds some versatility to your ideas.
For the card, I added in some silver glitter, could you tell? I learnt this technique at our annual convention this year. So easy to do as well, you just take an aqua painter with water, put a DOB of liquid glue down onto a plastic surface, to create a pallet. You will then take your aqua painter, give it a little squeeze and then dip it into your glue, and then you will tap your aqua painter onto your paper to create splashes of glue. Then sprinkle your glitter, and voila you have yourself a fun accent to any project.
Have a crafty day!
